What do you mean by "Utah has done everything that BYU envisioned itself doing in the 80s and even 90s"?
I know that me and my household (admittedly not in Utah) in the 80s/90s were dreaming of future national championships more than we were dreaming of finishing in the back half of the PAC more often than not. I remember BYU wanting respect, exposure, and on-field excellence not just a top 5 conference. Am I wrong?
