both my Milwaukees and the other guy's Dewalts. No comparison in my opinion. We were using a long spade bit for some of the holes and with the Dewalt it was all over the place, the Milwaukee was nicely balanced and kept everything centered.

I'd get the regular drill to drill holes, impact to drive screws, bolts, etc.

Definitely go lithium. Also, store inside. Cold kills batteries.
