I love Doman and he's always going to be a part of the BYU family
That being said... his major failure as an OC IMHO was his poor O-line recruiting/coaching. He focused much too much on the skill players. Our offensive line was ABYSMAL under Doman.
He had his positives. He was a great recruiter and got great skill position players. But the Oline was a train wreck.
