You're right about not giving any weight to genetics
Maybe because it is a forward-focused chart (which is why it says "inputs"---you can't input new genes).
Curious as to what they've weighted that you might weight differently.
I think I'd agree with the basic order and largely agree with the proportion of importance each receives.
