I know that most of you like Bronco- even if you sometimes question his calls and/or coaching abilities. My question is- What do you think his weaknesses are? What do you think his strengths are? I tried to think of all of the attributes that an "ideal" head coach would have. (I'm sure I forgot a bunch.) Obviously, no coach on the planet has all of the attributes.

• Help players execute game plan
• Strategy/game management
• Ability to adapt to unforeseen problems
• Leading/delegating to other coaches
• Creating team unity
• Building character in players
• Innovation/creativity
• Representing the BYU football program
