Taysom has looked at this from all angles and there are several factors that will play into his final decision.

One factor is that he has considered how coming back would affect the chemistry of the team. This is straight from his relative. He doesn't want to create a situation where there's a divide. He's aware of what problems there could be to work through by coming back.

This isn't to say that coming back isn't an option he's considering. But how his return would affect the long term outlook of the team is something he is factoring into his decision.
