The first time and was shocked they don't even offer peanuts. I also had reserved seats that weren't honored. They moved me to a middle seat and I had reserved an isle both times.
One thing I hate about southwest is that they don't allow you to reserve a seat. I fly Southwest 99% of the time and hate that about them.
