But, if I were seeing him for the 1st time tonight, and was not a die-hard fan, I would have my doubts. He didn't really look to be hustling all that much on defense, or even hustling to get open on offense. Maybe he was ill or something. Granted, contrary to the critics who know almost nothing about him, and just parrot what others say, he has always been best with the ball in his hands, creating for himself or others, depending on what the defense gives him.

Still, it is so sad that when he does get a look, he seems to have been made to feel, (and then looks) like his entire career is riding on that one 3 pt shot, almost every time he gets a chance. The pigeon hole that he has been forced into is just not fair for such great guy, and a great player.

Keep in mind, it was one of the assistants coaching tonight, and not POP, so perhaps he'll get a little better shake, and have more confidence when playing for the guy who actually chose to bring him to SA.
