Based on a cb recommendation I just finished the audio book The Boys in the Boat. A great read, or listen, Edward Hermann does the audio book and is an excellent narrator. I had no interest and knew nothing about rowing before the book but I still found it fascinating and an excellent study in the importance of working together as a team.

I highly recommend it.
