Whatever it is that you dont like about the "church" and you need to blame it on a college instead is pathetic. If you think a veiled railing on a college instead of the real source of frustration being acceptable is denial.
Many of the students at BYU aren't even from Utah and don't resemble the Mormon Stereotypes so many Utahns despise. Even those here in Utah who try to be the non-conformists are a dime a dozen but still the same thing to eveyone else once you pass into Evanston - Mormons.
Many of the controversial leaders of church history are as/more connected with the university of Utah than BYU. Take aim there.
