1. Get as much in game playing time for non-starters that will likely be future contributors as possible. Let them execute the game plan regardless of the score.

2. Practice as much as possible between the final regular season game and the Bowl game. Maybe even have 2 types of practices, Bowl prep and player development. Maybe call the player dev practices "pre-spring practice" or something.
