Geoff Martzen said Bronco was the best in-home recruiter on staff
Bronco was never good at identifying the kids initially or spreading the recruiting net wider, but now he has a full staff dedicated to that very purpose. With the staff identifying good recruits, asst. coaches engaging recruits daily and building relationships, and Bronco helping close the deal in the home, it's not a surprise recruiting has improved over the last few years.
