As if signing up to live a different standard of your own free will is somehow
not living your own life, or not making your own decisions, or means someone is somehow taking learning opportunities from you. No doubt other schools use the honor code against BYU. Many kids will be scared away by the honor code, and a few will embrace it. Give me the kids that embrace it, even if they don't live the honor code perfectly. If these are Kirby's thoughts now, no way he was going to succeed at BYU. We need talent and depth on both lines, but they also need to be guys willing to embrace BYU's unique characteristics.
