For most of the football home games (I think all except the ones that end very late on a weeknight) there is a line of coach buses sitting at the Provo station waiting for a train to come, then you walk right to the bus and it takes off for the stadium as soon as it's full. I've found that trip to be pretty speedy – about 10 minutes from station to stadium. Then it's the same thing in reverse after the game. There is a line of coach buses sitting on Canyon just south of Univ Pkwy, waiting to be filled by people after the game. Seems pretty smooth to me.
