I think this is a fair point. Need to take the Jerry Sloan approach.
If you suit up, you say you can play. Then you win with who you have. No excuses.
BYU needs more of that mental toughness. Or at least, some BYU fans do. I get reality is reality, but at some point you need to rise above that to reach your goals, and excuses just hinder you.
