I'm not going to go out and buy custom tailored clothes, but I'm also not going to wear a skinny suit that makes it painfully obvious I'm carrying. Honestly, if I was carrying I'd probably want to wear a suit coat or baggy hoodie or something to help conceal the weapon, but at the same time I'm not going to practice my gait so that trained observers would be unable to tell I'm carrying.
