However, I disagree with the notion that the coach needs to manufacture emotion. I thought that this quote was funny:

Any more emotion? Doesn't this recognize the case that the players are already amped up for the game? Why does the coach need to manufacture emotion? What can he possibly do? Aggie and Ute logos in urinals? Player faces on tackling dummies? Wouldn't this distract from the norm and the true message (i.e., do your job)? As I said below, I have a hard time believing that the environment is as sterile as some of you like to insinuate. I also don't think it's Bronco's job to manufacture emotion. Let the players take care of that...then it'll be real.
