I think your predictions are pretty accurate

I would only add that I think Herring could be a boom or bust even with probably the lowest starting point of the bunch, sizewise and with his other sports telling me he has natural athleticism beyond just size, he could have the highest ceiling and be a really good tackle if he can figure it out.
