It seems like we are missing a leader that the team can rely on in critical situations. That leader needs to be someone who:
- can create their own shot or knows how to get open to get a shot
- excellent medium shooter
- good dribbling skills
- is able to finish around the basket
- excellent free throw shooter
- some good athleticism

Collinsworth is the obvious choice to be the go-to guy, but his lack of outside or even mid-range shooting ability really limits him. Also he seemed really hesitant this game to take charge of things.

Fischer - although an excellent outside shooter and FT shooter - can't create his own shot

Davis has limited range and is not a good FT shooter. Ditto for Aytes
