No. That said, it's possible that many of those 7 million who've dropped
ESPN have done so because they're not sports people, and they didn't see a reason anymore to keep paying for something they didn't care about. ESPN generally comes in most non-basic cable packages. I would bet most of those 7 million subscribers weren't big-time ESPN watchers, and they're not getting sports content elsewhere anymore.
