who could run the system. They need speed to run it, and they had it with LeSean McCoy and DeSean Jackson. Both of those guys are gone, but they were perfect fits for what he wants to run. They needed a mobile qb who could also get the ball downfield to the speedy receivers. Nick Foles was doing that. They then traded him away. They got a qb who can't run and can hardly throw. They got a rb who has good power, but isn't necessarily explosively fast. And they have a number of also-ran receivers.

I honestly think Chip Kelly has been running a good system, and had the personnel to do it well. But, he got overconfident, and decided he could do it with any player he found on the street, in turn alienating his stars and trading them away for what's currently on the field. This is what he should be fired for... For being a terrible decision maker and running the team into the ground.
