He has a great resume for Georgia Tech. Not for the BYU job in my opinion.

Lots of guys think being a good HC is just being a great leader and a good HC can adapt to any system by hiring the right coordinators. I'm not in that camp yet. To me hiring a guy like Ken is like a tech company hiring a great CEO from a steel or manufacturing company. I don't think it's going to work at BYU no matter how good he is at Navy.
