If OU loses to OSU and Baylor loses to TCU, sure we keep the Big 12 out of the playoff, but I don't think they will feel snubbed in the slightest with a 2 loss champion. It's the same reason the Pac 12 isn't going to feel snubbed this year. Nobody expects to make the playoff with 2 losses. Best case scenario would be for OU to lose, and Baylor to win and end up the #5 team in the pecking order. Only under that scenario will there be any real pressure to expand based on this season's results.
