Utah is in trouble
All signs point to this being a peak season for them and they failed to win their division. This makes 5 yrs with no division title.
Next year they have a desperation JC signing coming in to play QB. Wilson is the only QB they have signed since announcing Pac 12 membership that is a legit D1 QB. They lose Booker. They lose Covey. They lose Scott. They have nothing to be excited about at WR. The cupboard is pretty much bare offensively.
They are at least 2 years out from competing again in the south. I could see this becoming a huge weight around their neck as it becomes 10, 15, 20 years without a title. They will look back at this year and the Colorado loss in year 1 with great regret.

Don't pretend like we haven't had a real shot to win the division at the end of the season multiple different times.
