In a year where Pac 12 has a 1 loss champion, I think you are right
But ND is in the same boat as OU, so I don't think we will see any last minute movement that isn't reflected in the teams' respective performances against top 10 opponents tomorrow. Honestly, whichever of the 2 teams wins by more tomorrow probably gets the nod.
