ESPN GAINED me and many cable cutters back as subscribers this year with SlingTV.
And many, many sports fans will pay more than $6.60 per month for stand-alone ESPN bundle.
Block cable subscribing will be dead in five years or less. Anyone whose business model is "Charge the customer $60 per month for 120 channels, 10 of which they actually want" will be as dead as Blockbuster Video unless they evolve.
