I've hear there was a lot of extra red tape he had to deal with. Something about not being able to fully do the job the
way that he wanted to do it. The AD there takes a very hands-on approach and I don't think he appreciated it. It wasn't necessarily an issue of him thinking he had a better chance of winning at Oregon State. It seemed to me to be more of a move where he felt he could coach the way he wanted to coach at Oregon State.
