Tanner's stats yesterday don't show how good of a game he had
16/30 284 yds 4 TDs 0 Int for a QB rating around 175.

The completion % is the only thing not great there. Go back and watch the game and yes he did have some errant throws, but also an uncharacteristic amount of drops from our WR's. Kurtz had three big ones (two of which would have been TD's, and yes I know that one of them the USU DB made a great play, but you gotta hold on if it's in your hands) Blackmon had a big drop on a wide open deep pass, Houk had one, etc.

Just counting those, and I'm sure there were more, that would have added at least 1 TD (I can't remember if we ended up having a passing TD on either drive where Kurtz dropped a TD pass), and 5 completions (21/30 or 70% compared to 53%), and would have had him around 350 yds for the day.

It also goes both ways as his WR's bailed him out big time on some throws too. Anyways, just my ramblings on a Sunday morning. All around it was a great team effort w/ the offense, defense, and special teams making some huge plays for the win. Fun game.
