Growing pains were connected to figuring out what was going to be needed of him to fill the void of losing the highest scorer in BYU history. It appears he has figured out that his primary role is running the team, not being THE primary scoring option. While the competition was better vs Belmont he elevated his effectiveness and production which gives me optimism for conference play.
I suspected there would be growing pains but didn't think it would come from KC and Fisch. I'm glad they appear to be syncing up the team now.
