A few things. The wheel route doesn't have to be a RB. Baldwin just ran the

route out of the slot. Also, Bernard and even Algie have been fine receiving out of the backfield of late. Lastly, your assessment that it's a "pick-6 able throw" is inaccurate. It's an extremely safe throw as long as the QB is cognizant of any help over the top.
