packing at the end of the season. Anae's offense has consistently underwhelmed since he's been here. Ranked as one of the worst run offenses in the country, and lack of consistency lead me to feel that he is a mediocre OC and play caller. We would have been in real trouble yesterday if the defense didn't step up and make big plays that changed field position and put points on the board.

On top of production, I don't get the feeling that Anae is well liked. His name is never mentioned by coaches or former players in interviews. He seems to be a hard guy to get along with which could be the reason that the staff and players seem disjointed and unfocused at times.

I've always felt that this team could be really good if we got consistent play out of the offense. For the past five years we've seen this team struggle to maintain offensive drives and score points consistently for all four quarters. I'm ready to see a nationwide search for someone that can come in and make a name for themselves running the offense of one of the most storied offensive programs in the country.
