It isn't for TNT
and he should probably pick up a bunch of ignores here.
For TNT the biggest problem is the half-hearted effort BYU gives. Enough to compete but not enough to be great. And it's obvious to him that he cares more about wins than the university does. Obviously the issue here is with TNT. BYU can't give him what he wants.
It may be time to move on.
