Do you think BYU and Notre Dame should play in a week 13 game every year?

I think it is an intriguing idea. I would say yes to the possibility, especially if both teams have at least 1 loss. They should probably play at a neutral site, like Denver, Dallas, or Green Bay. It would give both of them a chance at one more quality win in December. And it also gives bowl selection committees more context to offer either team a bowl berth.
