Rose will never again allow his team to be at mercy of a streaky gunner.
You can't have a reliably strong team that way.
Rose has other good possibilities for the wings if Chase is not ready to play. If both Fischer and Emery do poorly as they did at Long Beach, the problem becomes very difficult. Coach would have to hope for breakout games from Toolson, Seljaas and/or Hartsock. That would be a long shot but not hopeless development.
In any case, a couple of the younger guys will have to be decent at the Huntsman.
