Though NCAA basketball provides a better medium for measuring success than football does (i.e. even if BYU had won last year's game, Krysko%&*%*^ can tell recruits they went to the Sweet 16 whereas BYU flames out in the play-in game), head to head wins do matter a bit in the scheme of things.
