Here's why
1. Burt is a good runner but hasn't picked up on blocking schemes in the pass game.
2. Hine is still not full speed
3. Anae wanted to shove it in Nick Vigil's and Matt Well's faces. "We've got linebacker who is a better RB than your linebacker."
