If you just need the degree to move up in your company, then go for it. If you're starting from scratch and have a degree from an institution without credibility, your chances become much more slim at getting a good job.

The degree itself isn't very employable. Add in a degree from a school w/ no GRE

Just take the GRE w/o prep. It isn't that hard. Then apply. Grad school is ++
