The degree itself isn't very employable. Add in a degree from a school w/ no GRE
requirement and I'd say you're looking at a whole lot of regret a few years down the road.
I would take the "no GRE" in context of the school though. Knee-jerk reaction is that it's a place that just warm bodies with federal student loan money, but that may not always be the case.
