My wife and I plan to move to the Oregon Coast once the kids are out of the hous

We love it there, specifically Lincoln County. Tons of beauty, lots of great outdoor activities, the coast, and most likely a need for respiratory therapists would be my guess in areas like Lincoln City, Cannon Beach, Newport, etc. You are an hour and a half away from Portland, UofO and Ore St are close for college sports fix.
