I agree with Oxcoug on this one. I think they all have fairly diverse backgrounds and are strong personalities. So Groupthink (everyone going along with what sounds like a good idea from one or two dominant people), is less likely.
I thing the bigger risk is so many coaches adjusting to coaching at new levels all at the same time. I'll give it two years for the dust to settle.
Would be nice to have a Crowton-like bang for first year . . . Then make it sustainable, to some degree. But not getting my hopes up for next year, even with T-squared supermen Taysom and Tanner in the mix . . .
