I kept losing the Pinewood Derby.'

Living in the UK as I do, that went clean over my head...!

What are 'Weebolos' and what is the 'Pinewood Derby' that George
'loses' / has 'lost'?"

ANSWER:

"I was never in boy scouts but if I remember correctly, Weebolos is
for youngers kids who aren't old enough to be boy scouts yet. Kind of
like Brownies before Girl Scouts for girls. I guess you have to do well
on the Pinewood derby before you can be a boy scout. I think the pinewood
derby is like a self made cart race where you roll down a hill. I could be
wrong though."
