Dropped from 212 to 204 in first week of South Beach Diet. Also hitting the gym
Consistent, but I swear more than anything is just dropping my regular Mountain Dew intake.

Now to see where's end up at the end of week 2/phase 1.

I am surprised at how much decent food I still eat and enjoy. Plenty of grilled chicken salads with no dressing and I actually am not missing the caffeine, which surprises me.
