I've got two huge racks of pork ribs coming out of the smoker soon. I used a sweet and spicy dry rub with a mist of apple cider vinegar on them. Smoking with Apple wood.
Will put the drunk little smokies in the crockpot soon.
I make a variation of a Mediterranean salad with English cucumbers, cocktail onions, Klamata olives, feta, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil.
