In the Vine, you see that when he goes to the ground the front part of the ball touches the ground. If he had maintained complete possession, it would have remained a catch. But he didn't. He bobbles it. Since he didn't maintain possession and the ball touched the ground, it seemed to me it would have to be incomplete. Just my perspective.
