We did a very similar itinerary, with kids slightly younger. Once we had hit the four big parks on other days, some kids wanted to do Animal again, and others wanted to do Magic Kingdom, so my wife and I each went to a different park on the last day. It helped that we were staying in the park, so the transportation was much smoother than if we were sharing a car.
