I've heard that and what I see is simple: They mint money
From 11 am to 7 pm the store near me is busy, with never a lull in orders. There is a Wendys next door and people use its parking spots to go wait in line at Chik-fil-A. The loyalty of their customers amazes me.
I've heard the same said about Chipotle (before they got in the business of making people sick) but I've never cared for their menu so I've never stood in line to order.
