I could never spend $60k on a car.

I can't afford it now because of student loans. Even if I didn't have student loans, I wouldn't do it. That's just me though. I have young kids and I am perfectly happy with a used Sienna. It was $12k. We are currently a 1 car family. Life hasn't been too difficult with just 1 car.

I am starting to look for a used 4runner or land cruiser, but it will probably be a while before I buy a 2nd car.
