perversely wrong with the priorities around college football. It would be one thing if most of the programs actually made money for the university, but it seems the athletic directors and coaches are more focused on lavish spending and riding the cash cow before they are asked to leave. I like college football as much as anyone, but it seems to have become our most treasured asset in America. Weird.
