If the end goal was medical school
Friends son has been accepted to UNC (North Carolina) but on waiting list for BYU. He wants to go to medical school. If he gets into BYU, should he go there? Costs of education isn't an issue here (maybe similar in cost or maybe a scholarship).
Any reason/advantage to go to BYU over UNC? Could you keep NC in state status for medical school?
Any advice all knowing CB?

Actually, this is a really good point. Dating in med school and residency is pretty much impossible.
