I'm pretty sure I remember Kalani saying something to the effect
of the coaches he was going to hire would be guys that want to be here for the long haul.
That's not to say that guys won't be lured away. But I doubt we're going to see a lot of coaches shuffling through the program. It's probably going to be about the same amount of annual turnover as the previous staff. Certainly Kalani and Detmer don't seem like the kind of guys that are going to use BYU as a stepping stone.
